With over 25 years of progressive experience and accomplishments as an educator and leader, I am passionate about improving public schools by working with equity officers and leaders of color. I hold an Ed.D. in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC Rossier School of Education. I have published multiple articles on equity and liberation in education, authored "Leading Within Systems of Inequity in Education: A Liberation Guide for Leaders of Color,” and am writing a second book focused on building political acumen.

I live in Central Texas, with my husband, daughter, and son.
